I LOVE MY FAMILY. I am so blessed to have the most amazing wife who is smart and gorgeous who loves life, loves her profession and always prioritizes our family and sharpens the heck out of me! My kids absolutely melt my heart and they bring me back to what\'s important. When I am not hanging with them, I want to know who you are. I really do mean that. I love people and I want to know who they are and I care about where they are going. My goal is to help you do people know who they are and where they are going. Everything in me wants to know your gifts, strengths, calling and purpose in this world and for your life. If you are leading others, you could be better. If you are married, you could be a better spouse. If you are on a team, are you a great teammate who’s in the right position and operating within your strengths? If you are a college student, on a church staff, in business, a ministry leader or someone whose just trying to figure out WHERE you are going and WHO you are, I want to help you maximize your potential. I\'ve been a university guest lecturer, adjunct professor, pastor, teacher, event coordinator, producer and staff developer and have spoken to all kinds of groups of small and large sizes. It is my life’s passion to speak in to your life. I care about you, your team, your community and the people around you so that you can live a life worth living and know how to do it while leading from your strengths.the way you were designed to lead.
