   Jeff has over 14 years serving clients in the banking, private equity, communication, entertainment, and manufacturing industries. He spends the majority of his time on clients structured as “Up-Cs” including the associated tax accounting, compliance, and TRA reporting requirements. Most recently, he has helped multiple clients react to the recently enacted US tax reform legislation resulting in significant tax restructuring opportunities. He has previously worked on the preparation of carve-out financial statements in both US GAAP and Mexican FRS for entity divestitures. He is experienced with the tax results of acquisitions and dispositions including Sec. 382 consequences, transaction structuring, debt/equity issues, and tax compliance services.
