ABOUT JEFF WEBSTER ASSOC

A hardworking, passionate and committed People Professional, HR Generalist, and Former Store/Area Manager, with broad experience in the areas of; Employee Relations, Employment Legislation, Policies /Contracts, Reward & Recognition, Leadership Coaching, Training and Development, Sales Optimisation, Customer Service, Recruitment and Health and Safety - to name a few. In 2019, after 14 years in the coffee/food industry, I decided to proceed with a career change, taking the initial steps of enrolling at Bolton University. I opted to return to education with a goal to increase my skillset and employability, to which I graduated in January 2022 with first class honours in Psychology, Psychotherapy and Counselling. Since graduating, I have combined my Counselling Skillset and People Management experience by recommencing my career in the field of HR. I started my journey as a Human Resources officer at Community Health and Eye Care (CHEC), primarily overseeing the company\'s reward & recognition and ESG/ED & I agenda, alongside a broad range of HR duties. During my first year, my performance and work ethic guaranteed 2 promotions to the position of HR Business Partner, a title which i have since carried over to my current employer - K3 Capital Group. At present, i am partnered with several Business Consultancy Businesses across the UK, with a primary presence in the Group\'s Head office, located in Bolton, England.To supplement my role, i currently hold an associate membership with the CIPD and successfully completed my CIPD level 5: Associate Diploma in People Management in 2024.In my spare time, i am a keen traveller, explorer and hiker, who loves the simple things - a good cup of coffee with a view.
