Lead user experience efforts to design an eBook reading application for Ebook Central, which allows users to navigate a digital book, and perform actions such as adjust view, annotate, copy, print and securely download books.• Create personas, current and future state journey maps, workflows, low and hi-fi mockups and prototypes. • Organize and lead workshop sessions using collaboration techniques with multiple teams and stakeholders to align user experience to business, product and technology goals.• Coordinate with and support teams to design new features for optimized experience across product platforms including integration of content, consumer purchase and use by academic researchers.• Gather and consolidate behavioral research of users by designing and collaborating in moderated studies. • Perform both moderated and unmoderated user testing for features released across platforms in person and on vendor platforms such as Userzoom and Playbook. • Write content for various efforts including simplistic UI design platform language and complex responses for accessibility documentation, external sources for marketing, award nominations and university collaborations.• Manage all accessibility concerns from firsthand testing to vendor issue incorporation into backlog and final documentation of VPAT and Accessibility Statement.
