   Managed all internal network infrastructure and systems for office location. This included Servers, UPS, Backup Device, Firewall and Networking devices. Responsible for ensuring quality customer support for over 75 users both in-house and on remotely via phone, email and help desk ticketing system and determine appropriate trouble shooting procedures and remedial actions. Created documentation of policies and procedures for various daily account and system management tasks and user training. Managed multiple SAS systems and user accounts. Including Procore, Unanet Cosential, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Ring Central. Planned and coordinated hardware rollout based on user and project site needs. Coordinated and managed work completed by third party consultant. Managed Corporate cellular contract with Verizon for over 200 devices including cradle points, cell phones, mobile hotspots and camera systems.
