Elavon completes more than 1 billion transaction annually.As a Crisis Director I lead, communicate and drive crisis incidents to impact resolution. Responsible for follow up on incidents to root cause following Problem Management guidelines and procedures. Inclusive activities: Incident Management, Problem Resolution, and Communication with Sr. Management, Analysis, and Resource Management. Responsibilities:• Incident Management: React to high severity incidents to communicate, lead, drive and govern to impact resolution. • Problem Resolution: Lead problem review sessions and coordinates major problem resolutions to root cause. Ensure all incidents are logged and relevant parties involved.• Communication: Communicate with and coordinates activities with Senior Management, Change Management, Incident Management, and customer/clients. Ensures problem or incident resolution.• Analysis: Ensure that accurate root cause and trend analysis are determined. Provides accurate and timely management reporting.• Resource Management: Lead/mentor one or more teams of crisis management specialists. Motivate, develop, and manage performance of individuals and teams.
