I’m a COO-minded executive who helps organizations turn vision into execution, scale operations, and build cultures that actually perform.Over the past 15+ years, I’ve led organizations across for-profit and nonprofit sectors through growth, transformation, and operational maturity. My background spans P&L ownership, revenue growth, go-to-market execution, people operations, and enterprise leadership — with a consistent focus on aligning strategy, systems, and people.As President of a high-growth e-commerce company, I helped scale revenue from $8M to $85M, expanded the workforce from 29 to 120 employees, and drove meaningful gains in conversion and brand reach. In subsequent executive roles, I’ve led organization-wide transformation efforts, built scalable people and operating systems, strengthened executive alignment, and delivered measurable business results.I’m known for bringing clarity to complexity — creating operating rhythms, accountability structures, and communication frameworks that help teams execute at a higher level.
