   As a contractor, provides analysis and professional advice on U.S. transregional missile defense and missile defeat policy and strategy matters for a joint functional component command. Develops, prepares, and refines plans and analytical products for U.S. senior military leadership; 3-star officers and above. Coordinated, prepared, and delivered a series of plans and executive directives for two U.S. Combatant Commands (U.S. Strategic Command and U.S. Space Command) assuring the seamless transfer of transregional missile defense mission commensurate with the release of the Unified Command Plan 2022 and SECDEF-signed Joint Staff Implementation Plan. Served as Operational Planning Team (OPT) lead for CDR, USSPACECOM-directed effort to optimize transregional missile defense functions within the Combatant Command. Serves as NATO policy and strategy expert for integrated missile defense wargames and experiments. Developed and refined strategic conceptual frameworks for U.S. joint force contributions to a comprehensive missile defeat approach.
