Bioprocess development leader with extensive experience leading process development strategy, study design and execution, and technology transfer/CDMO oversight. I have developed processes in a variety of formats (batch, fed-batch, intensified fed-batch, continuous perfusion) for therapeutic proteins, lentiviral vectors (LV), and adeno-associated viral vectors (AAV). My roles have ranged from starting up PD teams and production platforms, to FIH CMC development, to pivotal process development and characterization, to PPQ and process validation.
