Corporate Action Analyst (Business Intelligence related) Provide business analyst and business intelligence duties and responsibilities.*Collect, compile, analyze and administrate data imported from multiple business intelligence and data integration systems.*Provide expertise in the analysis, design, development and implementation of business processes and applications supporting advanced analytic modeling.*Record data governance in applicable reporting systems, management database, and network applications.*Participate in new product reviews, tests and pilots.*Identify and measure risks associated with the system infrastructure and impacts to company production (NAV)*Maintain documentation and support for all corporate action events.*Answer queries from internal clients, external auditors, investment personnel, and other company business units.*Answer all compliance alerts and abide by all contract agreements with external business units.*Complete special projects in time assigned.*Contribute to the improvement of the daily group processing and upgrades to procedures.*Provide QoS (Quality of Service) to ensure due diligence and consistent production during high volume stages.*Excellent in creating, documenting, and utilizing excel and access to create reports and tracking events.*liaison between vender and IT department to better communicate views and tactics for a global understanding.
