I’ve held my real estate license since 2007 and have been investing in real estate since 2012. I began brokering and investing in the multifamily sector and pivoted to small bay/flex industrial in 2022.Currently, I operate Pine Property Group, where I actively buy small bay/flex industrial buildings square feet and under.In 2017, I founded Reafco, a real estate investment brokerage that, as of 2025, houses more than 40 full-time licensed agents and operates throughout the state of Ohio.I’ve also held positions at Borror as a commercial sales associate and at Cassidy Turley as a market research analyst.Outside of work, you can find me—along with my wife—chasing our three kids (6, 4, 1) around Columbus, Ohio. I’m an average golfer and an above-average consumer of Chipotle burritos.
