I am an accomplished FP & A executive with experience guiding companies and leading teams through ambiguous and complex situations bringing clarity and transparency to decision makers that have enabled double digit growth to EBITDA and Cash Flow.At Alltech, I built, scaled and led the first global FP & A team where I outlined a strategy to improve cash flow through inventory reductions, SG & A efficiencies, footprint optimization, capital investment and resource prioritization, enhanced pricing strategies, new product development/launches, divestitures/acquisitions and drove alignment amongst senior business leaders and a multidisciplinary finance team.Previously, at Asurion I led efforts to transform financial performance, resulting in a 75% reduction in cost, the development of a new product line with an estimated $1 billion of annual revenue, strategic divestiture of a major business unit that avoided $40M in severance/decommissioning costs, generated $20M in revenue, protected remaining product line margins and saved jobs. In addition, I transformed the forecasting process to improve the quality and value of the insights as well as developed the upcoming leaders of FP & A to successfully lead the process. Over my tenure I had a zero percent voluntary attrition rate, 75% of my directs reports were promoted and my team drove efficiencies leading to a 50% reduction in FP & A staffing requirements.From long term strategic planning and corporate restructuring to developing and scaling global teams, I have built a reputation as a trusted partner to senior business leaders and executive teams.
