ABOUT JEFF TUCKER

I work at the intersection of creativity, business, and people, helping ideas, brands, and communities grow through visibility, connection, and trust.My journey started at art college, training in graphic design. That gave me a strong grounding in visual communication and how messages land, which led into design, print, and sales within the print industry. From there, I moved deeper into business development and growth-focused roles.I then spent nearly 20 years in recruitment with Trak Employment, supporting SMEs and large organisations across warehousing, logistics, FMCG, and 3PL environments. That experience showed me how businesses really scale, where momentum stalls, and how often good work goes unseen.Alongside this, I co-founded RP Events and R9 FM, delivering three major golfing charity events at The Belfry over three years. These became the second-largest private golfing charity events of their kind, with headline partners including Lyle & Scott and Bentley Cars, raising close to for The Hambo Foundation.That blend of creativity, sales, events, and community led to the creation of Best Mates – We Got Ya.Best Mates is a welfare charity supporting people in local communities through connection, lived experience, and confidential one-to-one conversations that help people find the right path forward when life feels overwhelming.Most recently, I founded Audience Pro. Today, I help businesses improve their visibility on Meta by building custom audiences around what they are already doing. No hype, no shortcuts, just consistent presence, clarity, and being front of mind with the right people over time.I’m highly active in the business community, attending multiple networking events each month and working closely with business owners across the UK.
