Ensure cross-functional alignment on all business processes to achieve business goals Identify opportunities to transform disparate processes into an integrated commercial process. Manage small, medium, and large size projects to optimize commercial effectiveness and efficiency. Facilitate discussions with the commercial and sales/service teams to identify pain points and areas of improvement within existing processes and opportunities to leverage the Salesforce platform. CRM subject matter expert for the commercial and service teams including reporting and training new hires. Perform data gathering, validation and analysis to support the development of commercial strategies. Supports development of metrics for all commercial and service teams.
