   With the continued hard work of many employees at COCC, a designated Top Workplace and Best Place to Work in Connecticut, we have successfully performed over 150 Financial Institution online banking conversions and have over customers and members using the iBanking online banking system. iBanking continues to excel in the industry with its rich feature set and real-time interface to the Core system. Each user also has the ability to personalize their own user experience using one of four themes and interchangeable background images. iBanking is a full service virtual branch which is open to everyone at any time of day or night.Going forward we will continue growing the platform to support the existing client base, add even more features, and welcome new clients to the system. While my direct responsibilities continue to be overseeing the conversion, support, and product areas of iBanking, this large effort would not be the success it has been without the great teamwork in place at COCC.
