Jeff co-founded Rise Commercial Partners in Austin, Texas and specializes in tenant representation, including strategic planning and expansion execution. Throughout his more than 25-year commercial real estate career, Jeff has represented many national companies, including The TJX Companies, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Kohl’s, Saks Off 5th, Rooms to Go, Michael’s, Staples, Five Below, Tilly’s, Aspen Dental, Aldi, and Natural Grocers. He has also developed extensive experience with restaurant operators, such as Darden, Brinker International, Savory Management, CAVA, Snooze, Postino, Buffalo Wild Wings, Noodles & Company, and Sweetgreen.Prior to Rise, Jeff was a Principal at Edge Realty Partners where he opened and managed the Austin office, overseeing the Central Texas portfolio of 100 tenants and four million square feet of retail space. Before Edge, he was a Principal with Endeavor Real Estate Group, where he founded the retail tenant representation division of the company. Jeff also spent nine years with The Shopping Center Group in Tampa, Florida, becoming a partner. Previous to his career in real estate, Jeff was a buyer with May Department Stores in Houston, Texas after receiving his degree in Economics from Texas A&M University. When he isn’t spending time with his wife and three children, he enjoys tennis, sporting clays and watching his alma mater play football.
