Jeff Torosian is one of the nation\'s leading corporate trial lawyers, the Co-Chair of DLA Piper\'s US M&A and Private Equity Litigation Group, and the Co-Chair of DLA Piper\'s US Bankruptcy Litigation Group. For over 30 years, Jeff has tried major cases in courtrooms throughout the United States, managed complex, bet-the-company litigations and arbitrations, run large litigation departments, and led litigation teams around the world.
