ABOUT JEFF DAVID TIENG

Hello! I’m a second-year Software Engineering student at Conestoga College and an aspiring Software Developer passionate about building efficient, meaningful, and user-focused applications. My curiosity about how the software behind my devices worked is what initially drew me to programming, and that curiosity continues to drive my learning today.Through my coursework and independent projects, I’ve gained experience programming in C and C#, as well as Python, Django, Flask, Git, and MySQL. One of my most exciting projects is a Python/Django-based web application that automates resume tailoring to match specific job postings: a tool that merges automation with real-world career utility.When I’m not coding, I enjoy working out, cooking, and watching history documentaries. I also spend time with my energetic Jack Russell Terrier, Sam, who’s about the length of my forearm! Outside of tech, I’m an avid gamer who enjoys grand strategy and open-world games, which inspire my creativity and problem-solving mindset.I’m eager to keep expanding my skills in software development and collaborate with others who share the same passion for technology, design, and innovation.
