About Jeff T. Miller
As Principal Technical Director, I will bring a decade of immersive experience from Disney Live Entertainment and Walt Disney Imagineering, where I led the technical development of live entertainment and themed attractions across global destinations. I will guide Disney Live Entertainment projects from Blue Sky through turnover by leveraging my proven expertise in authoring detailed Scopes of Work, Facility Impact Reports, and Scene-by-Scene Technical Narratives that seamlessly align creative vision with technical execution. My approach will ensure that each show element—whether Lagoon Shows, Parade Floats, rigging, audio, lighting or SPFX—is developed with safety, sustainability, and maintainability at the forefront, while being a champion for protecting the Creative Intent. Drawing from my success with high-profile projects such as Tokyo DisneySea Lagoon Shows and Spectaculars, Fantasmic! and parades such as Soundsational and Block Party Bash, I will provide leadership that fosters creative innovation while meeting project scope, schedule, and budget goals. As a mentor and collaborator, I will develop and inspire regional technical teams, advancing global standards and ensuring the delivery of unforgettable Disney experiences across the Asia region and beyond. SIGNATURE ACHIEVEMENTS: Executed Technical Direction and Design Assurance for 7 primary Vendors for the Greenfield build thru Grand Opening of the Tokyo DisneySEA Lagoon Shows – Porto Paradiso and DisneySEA Symphony. During COVID – Lead a crew of 13 technicians to assemble Chinese-made medical mask manufacturing machines in an sq ft factory in the Arizona desert. Installed and trained 168-man crew to operate and maintain the 91 machines, generating 1.3 million masks daily. Sr. Project Manager for the Las Vegas SPHERE Show Control System. The Master Show System was completed on budget and ahead of schedule for the Grand Premier Opening of U2
