ABOUT JEFF STEVENS
Living in Paris and New York City for eight years of my youth had a profound effect on my view on design and the built environment. While my planning career has taken me to projects in China, Mexico and the Middle East, my primary focus has been adapting California to accommodate population growth, with form, function, sustainability and resilience as guiding principles. I have extensive experience with multi-disciplinary teams, integrated planning and design, project management, and cultural sensitivity gained through work and travel to 40+ countries. My primary areas of focus are master planning, low impact development strategies and standards; sustainability; urban design; entitlements; and working with public agencies on the implementation of transformational projects.
