In charge of IT operations in company’s US based facilities, which include large manufacturing facilities in Memphis, TN and Elizabethtown, KY, as well as sales offices in Bentonville, AR and others across the US. Our networks are composed of a combination of 10GB & 1GB fiber backbones to HP Core & Edge switches. Supporting 30+ physical and virtual servers, over 500 computers, printers, AP\'s, etc. Responsible for all IT Systems supporting the company. In addition to the Microsoft Server/Windows network, these systems include Mitel VOIP, Motorola two-way communications system, AT & T wireless, landline, & internet services, ExacqVison Surveillance, Axis cameras, GE Proficy MES, Convergence LMS, et. al.
