As a Blanchard Channel Partner I am committed to helping organizations to make a difference for their people and their organization. I have worked with the Ken Blanchard Company and Situational Leadership since 1997 and I am certified in Situational Leadership II (SLII), The Situational Leadership Experience, Situational Team Leadership and Situational Self Leadership. There are a number of assessments associated with these programs including DiSC, EDGE, LBAII and LAP, all of which I am certified in.The Situational Leadership suite of programs are designed to help individuals and organizations learn and grow and improve both capacity and to create a positive work culture.From my perspective the reason that SLII and the related programs work so well and have been adopted by over 30 million learners around the world can be attributed to three reasons.1: The vision and passion of Ken Blanchard, the founding associates and the many other Blanchard employees, certified Blanchard Associates & Blanchard Channel Partners.2: Situational Leadership is based in theory and grounded in research.3: There are proven results that can be measured that contribute to developing people and building organizational capacity.
