   Currently, the Client Services Manager for Enercon Federal Services serves the DOE complex. He is focused on securing new DOE mission opportunities, advanced nuclear, proposal development, and resolution of client anxieties. He led a team of 6 project managers to achieve year-over-year growth of ~3M in 2019 to ~22M in 2022, with a 2023 backlog of ~27M of Engineering Services awarded. On-going projects for 2023 include Nuclear Test Reactor Replacement Projects, Life-Cycle Performance, Radioactive Waste Tank Upgrade Projects, Criticality Electrical Panel EPC Projects, Facility Upgrades, Master Planning, Fire Protection Detection & Protection Upgrades, DUF6 Conversion, Nuclear Test Underground Test Bed Projects, Power Transmission, Substation and Distribution, and Design Consulting. During 2018 requested to manage 8 Project Managers serving the Power Transmission, Substation, Distribution, and Fossil Industries with a project portfolio Gross Revenue of ~30.5m with avg. A gross profit margin of ~56%. Hired in 2014 to salvage a project replacing the large motors at the FPL Turkey Point Nuclear Power Plant. The project was completed ahead of schedule and below BCWS. Served as Sr. Project Manager for $15m gross revenue for multiple infrastructure upgrade projects for Entergy, including Heat Exchanger Projects, Main Tube Condenser Replacements, Tornado Missile Protection Modifications, and Super Particular Iodine Noble Gas Radiation Monitor Replacements
