Implemented cost-saving measures in several key environments, securing countless man-hours and thousands of dollars in cost savings. Advised C-suite and Director-level leaders on programs, policy, and leadership- Administered daily logistics operations of a large maintenance facility with six maintenance departments and over 50 technicians, providing maintenance to a fleet of equipment in excess of pieces. Generated company core processes and administrative policies for a maturing company. Expanded the company’s insurance benefit offerings by changing health insurance carriers and adding dental and vision coverage.
