Jeff Seal is a technology executive with over 20 years progressive management experience in the local, national and international technology, IP, network security, cybersecurity, smart city design, voice and data service fields. He has emerged as an influential industry visionary and well-respected technology professional. Quite often, Jeff has been described as one of those rare entrepreneurs who can successfully navigate the complex intersection between business and technology. He is a strategic thinker who knows how to lead and most importantly, where to lead. He has broad management experience in entrepreneurial start-up companies, as well as established, publicly held companies in each of the above technology fields.

   Mr. Seal has successfully worked with many international service providers, ICT providers and carriers over the last several years on network and data projects and spent quite a bit of time in the Asia region working side by side with the management of these operators. He is recognized as a cybersecurity and smart city expert in today\'s rapidly changing technology environment.As a Co-Founder of a large European and USA based International Carrier, Mr. Seal was instrumental in developing the company as one of the premier International Carriers in the industry. Mr. Seal was responsible for, and implemented provisioning, network operations groups, the network security operation center, cybersecurity best practices, pricing, contract administration groups, and US and international IP switch control centers. His background includes the negotiation and implementation of submarine and terrestrial fiber optic cable purchase contracts, and international circuit and interconnection agreements with PTT’s in Europe, South America, Middle East, and Asia. He has designed and helped develop \"smart city\" networks and projects such as the Royal Nanjing Jockey Club in China.Jeff served as the VP of International Operations for a carrier serving Central and South America. His responsibilities included the network, provisioning, and installation for over data and telecom nodes in Latin America. Mr. Seal’s extensive background in the IP, voice and data business includes over thirty years in the telecommunications/ICT business. This includes involvement in product development, product management, marketing development, sales, smart city architecture, engineering installation, submarine fiber optic procurement, executive management and network operations for large domestic, local and international service providers. He has been extensively published and his background also includes involvement with industry publications.
