Involved in the engineering construction industry. Responsibilities for the project coordination, Design Management and engineering of Army Corp of engineers projects at various bases, plant additions, Greenfield plants, Data Centers, Battery Plants, Autonomous vehicle test centers, Custom and Border Patrol Facilities/ Point of entry, air – conditioning systems, cafeterias, conveyors, paint shops, tool and die plants, transmission and chassis lines, high rise office buildings, substations, press lines, CMM rooms, boilers, energy saving projects, Steel Mills (HRPF) and teleconferencing systems. Other responsibilities have included the development of construction documents, estimates, and supervision over crews working in the field, managing project teams, resources, budget control, Commissioning and schedule attainment of projects. Starting up training programs including Kanban training and data base set up, Lesson\'s Learn training, Engineering manager training, and project management.Specialties: Leading diverse groups of people to achieve common goals, technical and engineering management of capital projects, problem solving, LEED AP, Kanban for Toyota projects, bid preparation, and code compliance.
