Following Crawford United\'s February 2026 sale to SPX Technologies, my role is leading SPX\'s carve-out and divestiture of several non-core operating companies.•Crawford United was a publicly traded multi-platform holding company with 13 manufacturing companies across aerospace & defense, HVAC, and industrial markets. While publicly traded (CRAWA), significant insider ownership resulted in many similarities to private equity backed organizations.•Prior to joining Crawford United in May 2023, the market cap had not exceeded $55 million. In February 2026, Crawford United was acquired by SPX Technologies, Inc. for $300 million. Led sell-side diligence, valuation, and transaction execution in this full-company exit.•Responsible for all aspects of operational finance, accounting, tax, FP & A, information systems, insurance and investor relations as the organization grew from $128 million of annual sales ($16m EBITDA) upon joining, to $187 million ($33m EBITDA) at exit. Margin expansion was driven by vertical supply chain integration, cost discipline, pricing actions and operating leverage.•Led buy-side process for three strategic acquisitions, including deal structuring, bank financing, internal operational and financial diligence, and post-deal integration. Each acquisition was financed entirely with debt, and a focus on cash conversion and disciplined working capital management allowed the company to close 2025 debt free.
