As Director of Partnerships, I am responsible development and growth of ECS\'s Partner and Channel program, including how ECS works together with over 45 technology partners across our federal and enterprise teams. I am responsible for creating and implementing the program\'s structure, and ensure it is an effective resource for the rest of ECS to access new revenue routes, build stronger relationships with partners, and maintain a workforce with a deeper knowledge of the technologies that drive our Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Data/AI solutions. Through identification and development of organizational synergy with our partners, our channel team works to create a structure that inhibits execution of our partner strategies through- Technical, sales, and leadership alignment with partners - Go-to-market and co-branded solution development and execution - Opportunity identification to revenue growth opportunities with co-branded and complementary solutions.
