I spent over 23 years dedicated to improving patients\' lives and all at one location while the company changed names from DePuy to DePuy Synthes and finally to J&J MedTech. Responsibility naturally grew with increased experiences and learned expertise. There are many highlights and achievements over my tenure there but I was most proud of the team that we assembled to migrate the PLM system with more than users across more than a dozen sites in the worldwide organization. The deployment included document control, change management, product configuration, and computer aided design integration as well as data migration from the legacy PLM and EDM systems. It was all accomplished successfully during COVID-19 lockdown with nearly zero in-person meetings.
