Work with Design Teams to develop site plans and unit mixes. Assist in the financial modeling by estimating land development and construction hard costs. Develop and maintain internal standards for design and construction to create a consistent multi-family product between multiple Design Teams and GCs. Work with Design Teams to produce Permit and Construction documents. Provide intermediate drawing submission reviews for constructability, cost, and value engineering opportunities. Work with GCs to develop project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor lists. Monitor GCs during construction for quality of product and maintaining contract schedule and budget.Work with the asset management team and equity partner to ensure building management components and finishes are coordinated and installed.
