ABOUT JEFF ROBINSON
When people are negatively stressed at work, everyone suffers. It ruins people and it taints the company culture. Stress is an inherent outcome on people in the way work is designed and implemented. In 2019, I started a company to support the elimination of negative workplace stressors that impact people\'s ability to be fit for duty. When people are mentally, emotionally and physically ready to perform work, they can maintain their dignity and sustain a livelihood. I am a highly proficient and experienced, health, safety, security and environmental professional. I have worked around the world on challenging industrial projects in a variety of contexts including oil and gas, mining, logistics and transport across project, commissioning and operational work scopes. I am skilled at designing and implementing systems and programs to address contextual business problems. No one solution can be the same, because no two situations are alike.
