Oversee VSS International\'s activities throughout the US, assisting with the technological development of the group’s core processes such as micro surfacing, slurry seal, cape seal, chip seal as well as hot asphalt rubber chip seal techniques. Responsible for knowledge transfer, and implementation of special techniques and processes involving roadway materials & products where beneficial to clients.
