With over 30 years of experience in HR Outsourcing, my career includes a diverse range of roles across domains and areas of focus. My experience includes management of large client relationships and outsourcing operations across Retirement (defined benefit and defined contribution), Health & Welfare benefits, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Workforce Administration and Performance Management. Through both business development and account management roles, I have established relationships and been accountable for cross-discipline projects across many industries including manufacturing, health care, financial services, professional services, aerospace & defense, technology, retail and consumer products.In my current leadership role at WTW, I am the North America Outsourcing Shared Services Leader. Outsourcing shared services are responsible for many of the people, processes and technology that enable WTW to provide premier health & welfare and pension outsourcing services to our clients. My shared services teams includes hundreds of talented colleagues responsible for delivering technology and services to provide an experience that is engaging with exceptional quality to our clients and their millions of employees, retirees and their families. My customer service center and document services teams provide support through calls, email, chat, outbound and inbound of mail. Our colleagues dedicated to the innovation and product development creates market-leading solutions for the rapidly-changing retirement and health & welfare benefits landscape that anticipate and react to dynamic changes to legislation, plan design and customer expectations for a consumer-grade experience. Shared services also includes resources committed to data analytics, audit, compliance and learning and development activities which position our colleagues to provide an uniquely excellent experience for our clients and their employees.
