   Direct construction and the Facility team for BluePearl, a $1B specialty and emergency pet hospital with 120 multi-state locations with 35 ongoing construction projects • Oversee $77M construction and facility budget, leading a team of five direct reports. Responsible for managing all aspects of design, architecture, facilities, and construction• Lead and manage the construction of ground up builds, relocations and renovations across multiple retail sites, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion while meeting quality standards• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules, monitoring progress and addressing any deviations • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including regional vice presidents, contractors, suppliers, and senior leadership team, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle• Implemented and manage the facility ticketing system for all BluePearl hospitals• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns • Play a pivotal role in Real Estate for site selection, conducting thorough reviews and negotiations with landlords.
