Direct Supervision of Catastrophe Claims with moderate to severe damages:• Lead claims associates, focusing on employee performance, customer satisfaction, engagement, and development.• Oversee performance management, salary planning and administration, associate training, workflow planning, customer complaint resolution, expense control, loss cost objectives, and cross-functional coordination.• Drive technical excellence, manage productivity, conduct audit file reviews, reinforce corporate communications, enforce compliance, resolve ethical dilemmas, and manage general personnel issues.• Assist in the implementation and post-implementation phases of new programs and initiatives.• Coordinate, train, and supervise Catastrophe Response Field Teams.
