We have operations in the United States and the United Kingdom with an in-house R&D team that is continuously developing compliance solutions to meet the ever-changing regulatory landscape that affects the day-to-day operations of our clientsPrior to joining StarCompliance, I built a successful career in B2B Sales, Sales Management, and Business Development within the Telecommunications industry over the past 15 years.In my free time, I enjoy walking & running, playing billiards and ping pong, I\'m an avid sports fan (is football season here yet?) live for my fantasy football teams, and I absolutely love writing and performing live comedy.There are 4 of us in my immediate family. My beautiful wife Sonia to whom I\'ve been happily married to for coming up on 20 years and who is the love of my life. Our 16-yr old son, Jacob who is a true teenager but an overall great young man, and will entering 11th grade next year (in person hopefully). Finally, our adorable King Charles, Spaniel Cavalier doggy named Coco. We all reside in the beautiful City of Gaithersburg MD.

   As a Relationship Manager, I wear several hats for my designated clients. a) I handle all requests on the commercial side; additional products, services that were not part of their original implementation, new products/services, additional users/offices/lines of business in addition to contracts and contract renewals. b) Point of communication. I\'m often reaching out to our clients informing them of product releases, platform version upgrades, industry news, upcoming events (live and virtual), quarterly check-ins, and on-premise visits when applicable. Clients can also call or email me at any time as a point of communication and escalation for time-sensitive issues that may arise, c) Client Satisfaction. This is certainly of utmost importance to myself and to my company as we strive to ensure our clients are all happy campers and 100% satisfied with their decision to join and remain with STAR.
