About Jeff Randall

Jeff has over 15 years’ experience working in real estate development and has managed over $500 Million in development projects across the country. Jeff has managed a variety of project types including Commercial, Multifamily, Mixed-Use and green space. Jeff’s experience includes developing offices, medical facilities & laboratories, nonprofit program space, apartments, condos, restaurants & retail, banks, art galleries, shelters, transitional housing and more. Jeff has led development projects through complicated Entitlement processes and deal structuring. He has also led Master Planning efforts for campuses, business parks and mixed-use districts. An Environmental Scientist by training, Jeff has guided development projects through complex environmental remediation and natural resources permitting. Jeff has utilized a variety of financing techniques to fund projects and has developed projects using a variety of tax credits including Historic, Low-Income, New Market, Brownfields/Grayfields and Workforce Housing.
