I’m a senior retail planning and operations executive with more than 25 years of experience helping national brands elevate how they serve their customers—from prototype design and fixture strategy to construction management and enterprise-wide rollout programs.My career began on the sales floor and grew through every phase of store development. I’ve led large-scale initiatives for brands like Service Merchandise, The Home Depot, Cabela’s, and Dollar General—delivering thousands of new builds and remodels annually, introducing digital design technology, and streamlining processes that improved speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency.I’m passionate about creating retail environments that are purposeful, functional, and centered on the customer experience.
