Only one functional area in operation at that time.• Space utilization improvement resulting in elimination of 30K Sq Ft building. • Drove weekly communication discussion with all areas to ensure overall schedule for Camas was understood.• Engaged in detailed discussion with lab owners to ensure full understanding of technical requirements.• Changed from contractors to handle construction to internal ownership, driving costs for each build out down by 75% on construction.• Drove training on Lean for 60 certified team members, acquired grant funding to facilitate the training ($400K).• Coordinated existing lab moves from Vancouver site to the Camas site.• 12 Labs set up and operational.• Aligned prioritization of building upgrades and repairs to ensure all systems available to support the production needs.• Led production ramp of newly automated line to 125% of ramp targets.• Actively managing emerging market production- defense products, aligned program expectations and driving execution.• Led Kaizen activity weekly.
