In my 25+ years at AstraZeneca, I’ve worked with brilliant, curious minds who are pushing the boundaries of science. As General Counsel since January 2009, I lead our Legal and IP function. In 2021, I assumed the additional role of Chief Human Resources Officer, taking responsibility for our People strategy and in January 2023, was appointed Chief Compliance Officer.Everything that my teams and I do plays a part in shaping our vibrant, collaborative and high-performing culture which underpins our delivery of life-changing medicines to patients.In addition, I am also the Chairman of the Board of Consultors for Villanova University.
