Analyst – Ops Infrastructure Citrix/VDI Platform Operations• Publish new or existing applications requested by business customers to our Citrix farm, considering all necessary prerequisites and dependent software• Maintain software currency across the Citrix farm and address software vulnerability tickets as they relate to software version upgrades• Identify efficiency opportunities in support processes and develop PowerShell scripts to implement automation for manual tasks• Develop and implement long term plans to improve the stability of applications and support the company’s next generation capabilities• Manage Citrix tickets through a working knowledge of the ServiceNow ticketing environment and participate in assigned workflow project requests• Daily configuration and support within our Citrix server environment adjusting XenAp/Dekstopp application layering• Monitor and troubleshoot Citrix virtual apps/desktops within Citrix Director, Nexthink, SysTrack, vSphere and Nutanix• Assist in standing up new Nutanix clusters, virtual machines and maintaining the current infrastructure environment • Provide weekly feedback to senior management on Nutanix infrastructure; this includes environment health, capacity, forecasting and modeling of future impact items9-month assignment with Citrix Engineering Team – Business Liaison• Daily stand-up meetings with Business Liaisons and Citrix Engineering team regarding the migration of company-wide users to Microsoft 365 within the Hartford’s virtual environment• Create test plans with application owners which includes system development/deployment in an agile work environment
