   This key supply chain position is responsible for leading the NAD reverse logistics team and developing strategies and instituting programs for reducing customer returns and minimizing damage and obsolescence expense. This role requires extensive cross functional interaction with merchandising, inventory control, fulfillment, and delivery to resolve product quality, packaging, content, handling, shipping and returns processing issues. This role also supports profitable sales growth through non-stock channels by managing wholesaler, distributor, and non-stock vendor operational programs. Responsibilities include exceeding key performance metrics, ensuring timeliness, stability, and accuracy of the electronic data interchange, wholesaler order fulfillment logic sourcing set-up and design, executing returns reduction initiatives, cargo loss recovery, design/training of DC processing procedures, and representing the wholesaler team on all network configuration and redesign initiatives. This role is also responsible for determining and executing NAD’s sustainability strategy, which includes managing recycling, waste, and pallet service providers, negotiating contractual agreements, driving recycling revenue growth and decreased waste removal expense, tracking and reporting recycling tonnages, auditing rebate payments for accuracy, retiring end of life recycling/waste equipment, design and management of new equipment installations, and ensuring that FC and SDO locations exceed equipment utilization targets.
