Jeff is a healthcare executive with 20+ years of experience building, integrating, and operating pharmacy and healthcare platforms, with a focus on improving how drugs are priced, accessed, and delivered by aligning pricing, routing, and outcomes.He has operated at scale across the industry. As COO of OptumRx, Jeff was responsible for a $65B PBM with more than employees, overseeing pricing, clinical programs, pharmacy networks, and technology. He led the integration of the $13B Catamaran acquisition, aligning platforms and operating models to create a unified, scalable business. Prior to that, as CFO of Catamaran, he helped grow the company from $55M in revenue to a $21B market leader through IPO execution, M&A, and strategic expansion.Jeff has also held CEO and board roles across the sector, including Chairman and CEO of WellDyneRx and Interim CEO of Diplomat Pharmacy. He currently serves as Lead Independent Director at Progyny and Chairman of the Audit Committee at P3 Health Partners.He is currently President of Waltz Health and EVP at EVERSANA, where he is helping build a next-generation pharmacy model based on real-time pricing, intelligent routing, and direct-to-manufacturer contracting. The platform supports more than 14M lives and delivers over $300M in annual savings through a generic marketplace, specialty routing, and direct pricing programs, including a first-to-market GLP-1 offering with Lilly and Novo.At EVERSANA, Jeff leads enterprise shared services and drives execution against key growth initiatives and the company’s three-year strategic plan. He is also active in Washington as Chair of the Affiliates representing them on the Board of PCMA, engaging policymakers on drug pricing, PBM regulation, and healthcare reform.Jeff focuses on building scalable, integrated healthcare platforms that improve affordability while driving growth and margin expansion.
