About Jeff Paleno

Strategic leader of a dynamic retailer who is passionate about building careers at Sephora for over 20 years. I have built my own Sephora career starting as an Assistant Manager of operations in Boston, MA. I have traveled the country as a Store Manager in many locations, from Orlando, Florida to San Francisco, California-and back to my home town of Boston, Massachusetts. In addition to managing stores, I have worked in education as a Leadership Development Manager for the east coast. This allowed me to focus on people development through building and delivering leadership on-boarding programs for the company. Now, I am currently overseeing 11 high volume stores in Upper Manhattan. I am proud of several awards I have won-Store Director Rookie of the Year in 2004 and DM values award winner for our company in 2014. I am most proud of our district being nominated for Best District while in the Long Island market, and most recently receiving an award for Best District performance in the NYC Metro Region for 2024.
