Incorporated changes into of BAU Onboarding practices Firm wide.• Lead Front-office Fixed Income Client Service Team. • Actively participate in industry-wide working groups to create utilities, to achieve synergies and save firm resources in addressing the changing regulatory requirements. • Lead and manage a global staff of over 80 professionals, with teams in New York, Baltimore, London, Budapest, Tokyo and Hong Kong.
