   I am a Principal Content Experience Manager in a cross disciplined content organization. In my current position, I manage a team of highly experienced and creative Content Program Managers. Our work covers Microsoft 365 apps and services Copilot prompt editorial oversight and publishing responsibilities for the Copilot Lab.We also analyze help search intents, organize those search queries into intent categories, and then create custom Help content mapped to those search intent categories. I also manage other Content Program Managers overseeing other key content project work spanning multiple sites. My team utilizes their content data analytics skills to help customers complete their tasks in various Microsoft apps and services including using Copilot to increase their efficiency and productivity. We pride ourselves in trying to understand the why and how customers use our content, and then close the loop by seeing if we did indeed help our customers complete their task.Previously to my current role, I led a team of content designers and content writers who created help content for a portfolio of applications and services. The applications under my team’s ownership at that time included Excel, Access, Visio, OneNote, SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, Planner, Project, Publisher, Sway, and InfoPath. My team covered content for all platforms for those applications. We also created Help content for new applications and services. The content my team created, improved, and maintained reached tens of millions of page views each month.I worked closely with the content developers, product teams, and localization teams to understand the new product features and provided content to support them. We also looked to improve the overall content experiences within the applications and platforms we supported. We used a lot of data sources to understand how our customers used our products and to find areas to improve our various content experiences and Help articles.
