   Responsible for all new Acute and Professional client installs of R1 revenue cycle tools. This included governance of all projects, client management, solution design, creating project plan, data extraction (HL7 and batch files), vendor management, as well as all aspects of Revenue Cycle. Size of installs ranged from 1-26 hospitals and hundreds of clinics. • Responsible for building and executing new technology implementation and integration plans for complex, cross-functional engagements for R1 Technology deployments at large multi-hospital systems within 180 days of customer launch. • Provide strategic leadership in directing a cross-functional 40-person team responsible for ensuring the operation of software utilized in managing hospital billing with more streamlined and efficient revenue cycle activity; liaise with the client and third-party development personnel to achieve proper buildouts. • Work in coordination with C-Suite executives to properly convey and communicate timelines, direction, and processes while also serving as a technical subject matter expert (SME) to answer any high-level questions • Responsible for implementing internal net new deployment processes for technology deployment to ensure increased efficiencies interdepartmentally. • Delivered multiple projects per year that increased the company’s revenue by a minimum of 10 million per project • Coached/guided team of implementation managers/coordinators. • Designed new application functionality based on clients and future needs. • Responsible for driving project forecasts, budgeting, managing capacity. • Oversight of 10-30 complex R1 Technology implementations simultaneously.
