ABOUT JEFF OVERCASH

How I Build Success-As a transformational business leader, I apply my strategic financial acumen to uncover key opportunities within the business to reduce costs and increase revenues. I am a firm believer in “end-to-end” process improvement: identifying breakdowns, discovering the root cause, and fixing it upstream to mitigate future risks. In 2012, I was hand-picked to lead a new business transformation division based on Lean Six Sigma methodologies. With new processes, upgrades, and implementations, we exceeded our goal of $2.5B in incremental EBITDA. Success in my previous role, led to my appointment as Head of Finance to build and launch a new sub-brand focused on reaching a previously untapped group of customers. It has become both a business model and a test-environment for company-wide change. What Drives Me-My expertise at devising cost-effective success plans and proactively implementing solutions that drive profitability, value, productivity, efficiency and increased EBITDA is the key to my success as a strategic financial and organizational leader. I am an expert at reviewing data and evaluating analytics as well as generating business intelligence reporting. I have more than 15 years of experience preparing financial plans, budgets and forecasting and ensuring targets are achieved. A vital aspect in business transformation and organizational change is the establishment of successful internal and external customer relationships. Through key new programs that eliminate the middle-man, I’ve been able to solidify customer loyalty and satisfaction, resulting in increased revenue for the company and successful contract upgrades with clients. I achieved this by meeting with executives to ascertain key company-wide objectives, market-trend analysis and forecasting, and focus groups comprised of customers and vendors.
