ABOUT JEFF OLSON

I am a New York-qualified M&A attorney with 20+ years of experience acting for corporations (both public and private), private equity and venture capital investors on complex multi-jurisdictional M&A, joint venture and strategic investment transactions globally. I currently lead the Legal M&A function at global IT services provider NTT DATA, where I work closely with the Corporate Development team and other key stakeholders to complete strategic acquisitions to expand and transform our business.
