As a merchandising executive and President/CEO of two of the largest sports apparel and equipment retailers in the U.S, I have implemented a deep understanding of evolving consumer preferences to predict trends in the competitive environment and drive exceptional growth and profitability. These initiatives include establishing key investor, analyst, and vendor relationships; moving Hibbett into the digital world by developing an omnichannel platform, social media image, and interactive app; and completing the company’s first large acquisition.
